Bancroft, IA — This past Friday three bodies were found at a residence in Bancroft.
The Division of Criminal Investigation of Iowa reported that the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office received an emergency call around 8pm in the evening to two dead bodies being found. After coming to the scene, a third was found as well. Information of the names and any additional information is pending release after the notification of the families and completion of the autopsies by the state medical examiner’s office.
The DCI reports that there is no on-going threat to the public due to this incident.
