Humboldt, Iowa — This week, Pasquale’s Pizza in Humboldt is hosting “Humboldt Reads,” an event held by the Humboldt Public Library.
This monthly attraction gives readers a chance to discuss literature and enjoy a dinner. This month’s book is An American Marriage by Tayari Jones. According to the author, the book is about newlyweds that attempt to “settle into the routine of their life together, [when] they are ripped apart by circumstances neither could have imagined.”
There is no cost for this event – other than attendees paying for the meal of their choice. “Humboldt Reads” will be held at Pasquale’s Pizza this Thursday, April 25th, at 5:30 P.M.
