Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors approved the third reading and adopted Humboldt County Ordinance #69, at their meeting Monday.

The ordinance revolves around animal control in the county and provides solid framework and structure on the county’s policy.

The third reading and version of the ordinance did not feature any changes, even after supervisor chair Dave Lee met with citizens from Bode, who needed extra clarification on the matter.

The ordinance was approved unanimously.
