Vitzthum to Sign with Grand View Today

Humboldt, Iowa — Humboldt senior running back Tyler Vitzhtum will sign with Grand View University to play football, he announced.

Vitzthum, who helped Humboldt to a 4-5 record, ran for 720 yards this year to go along with three touchdowns. He also added 106 yards through the air.

The 6’0 185-pound runner will join a Grand View team that went 8-3 last season, before bowing out in the first round of the playoffs to #8 University of Saint Francis.

Vitzthum is the second Wildcat football player to sign to play collegiality this year with offensive tackle Owen Terwilliger walking-on at Iowa State.
