Humboldt, Iowa — As a sign of the times, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors once again heard a funding request as they prepare their budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
Yesterday, the board heard for Orlyss Maasen, who was speaking on behalf of the Humboldt County Library Board.
Maason told the board that the library board is very conservative and smart with the money they are awarded from the county.
The board will take Maasen’s request under advisement as they prepare the county budget.
There was no official board action taken on the matter.
