Iowa City — A Humboldt women is facing charges in Iowa City following an arrest last Friday morning.
Authorities say Mckinsey Sue Gonder, 36, of Humboldt was charged with including assault on persons in certain occupations, interference with official acts, public intoxication, disorderly conduct – abusive epithet/threatening gesture, open container in public place and possession of a controlled substance.
Local law enforcement issued a preliminary breath test and Gonder blew a .216, nearly three times over the legal limit.
According to the criminal report, Gonder has two other previous convictions for public intoxication in Humboldt County and Dubuque County.
Of course, all parties should be innocent until proven guilty.
