Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt City Council will discuss a resolution which would create a new position at the Humboldt Recreation Center.
The council will look to identify potential manager candidates with the new position.
The rec center is unofficially set to open later this year, or early next.
Also on tonight’s agenda will be the authorization of the contract with Blacktop Service for the 2018 Roadway Systems Project.
The council originally held a public hearing on the matter at a prior meeting this summer, without objection.
Tonight’s meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Humboldt Municipal Building.
