Humboldt, Iowa — Former Humboldt great Kevin Dresser and his Iowa State Cyclone coaching staff will be heading up to the Humboldt area.

Dresser will be holding a fundraiser pork chop dinner in Fort Dodge this weekend, with proceeds benefitting the Iowa State Regional Training Center.

The Cyclone Regional Training Center is affiliated with USA Wrestling and was founded to support athletes who train in the international styles of wrestling.

The center uses the wrestling room at Iowa State University and serves elite-level postgraduate resident athletes, as well as younger wrestlers from high school through college.

It provides a place for athletes to train together and be coached by world-class competitors, including those on our staff who were members of the U.S. Olympic and World Teams.

The dinner will include special auction items as well as various guest speakers.

It is being held at the Frontier Opera House, dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. this Saturday, with a VIP Meet and Greet with coaches beginning at 5:00 p.m.
