Humboldt, Iowa — The Humboldt Wildcat baseball team now knows the fate of their postseason pairings, as they will travel to Webster City to take on Clear Lake on July 13th.
The Wildcats split the season series with the Lions, 1-1, with Clear Lake earning a victory at Humboldt and the Wildcats vice versa.
The two teams have had an illustrious history with each other over the last couple of seasons linking up in some thrilling ball-games.
Next week’s is sure to not disappoint.
The contest will be the earlier of the two, with first pitch scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at Webster City High School.
The Lynx will host Perry in the nightcap, which is preliminary scheduled for 7:00 p.m. The winners will play at 7:00 p.m. on Monday at Webster City, as well.
