Saturday Accident Leaves One Cited Four Times

Humboldt, Iowa — A Saturday accident in Humboldt resulted in four citations given to an 18-year old Humboldt male.

According to the Humboldt Police Department 18-year old Marlon Briceno of Humboldt was charged with one driving violation, failure to have insurance, failure to have a valid driver’s license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

The report states that 30-year old Krystle Graaf was southbound on the outside lane of US Highway 169 when Briceno struck her left front fender to left rear fender.

Graaf’s vehicle was pushed onto the parking area of Syntex. Briceno then left the scene.

His vehicle was found at Paradise Tans, while he was found at the West River Rec Center.

Both parties were uninjured in the accident.
