Humboldt, Iowa – With Kiddie Cats Daycare looking for a commercial loan, the City Council approved a resolution that would allow the City to co-sign that loan.
The Council approved the resolution 3-1, which sees the exposure to the city at $200,000 over the course of twenty years.
City Administrator Travis Goedken said he believes that the continuous donation efforts as well as the cash flow projections will cover for the commercial loan.
The city helping out will be able to get the shovel in the ground quicker, for Kiddie Cats.
